TCF works in 22 of the 36 states of Nigeria. It is the constant endeavour of TCF to recruit talented and passionate individuals for various positions in any of our three key programme interventions in Nigeria - Eye Care, Primary Health Care and Safe Drinking Water.

At TCF, expatriate recruitments are made by the Corporate HR at the Corporate Office in Mumbai, India, while all national recruits in Nigeria are done by the HR Department in the Head Office in Abuja.

For national recruitments, adverts are sent out in the local INGO networks besides in some leading newspaper, if required.
