Tulsi Chanrai Foundation Annual Report 2018-19

Tulsi Chanrai Foundation’s Mission for Primary Health makes affordable primary health care available and accessible to communities across rural Nigeria. With the support of donors, TCF has been rendering Primary Health Care services by ensuring that communities have access to basic health care services with in a walking distance from their residences. TCF in collaboration Kewalram Chanrai Foundation is implementing and managing the primary health care projects in Zaria Kaduna State and South Yola in Adamawa state.
